Hello  from beautiful and expensive Rio. This has been the most chaotic  and difficult conference I have ever covered. Events are scattered all over and it takes three or more hours to get to the conference center because of the horrendous traffic. And Internet is spotty even at official events. it's as if the Brazilian government  is only  Hosting the meeting because it's the 20th anniversary of the first Earth Summit.
