An Aboriginal Storytelling Festival will be held at the Sechelt Band Hall on Thursday, May 2 at 7 pm. This event is free and open to the public. Meet and hear the storytellers who will be visiting the Sunshine Coast Schools this week.

Sustainable Coast magzine will host a special showing of Salmon Confidential on Wednesday, April 3 at 7:30 pm at the Gibsons Heritage Playhouse, with the filmmaker, Twyla Roscovitch as special guest.

The Powell River Money Society is pleased to present a fundraising event to support the Powell River Dollar program. Powell River's finest home and professional bakers will compete for the title of Powell River's Best Baker at the Cranberry Seniors Centre Hall, 6792 Cranberry St on Sunday March 24th, starting at 2pm.
